SIERA Membership Form

Notes:

  • “Household” membership consists of no more than two adults at the same address.

  • “Added Family” memberships are for each additional family member at the same address.

  • “Junior” memberships are FREE. Restricted to licensed Amateur Operators <18 years of age.

  • Yearly dues are due January 1st. Dues are prorated on initial membership only. Have questions? Contact the membership chairman by clicking here.

  • New Member applications submitted and paid for on or after September 1st will have their first year of membership extended through December 31st of the following calendar year.

  • If you have additional family or household members joining or renewing, repeat the on-line form below for each member.

The form below is to enter membership information for New members or Renewing members. (Renewing members can check their expiration date on the Club Members page here.) The typed form provides the SIERA club clear information for our records. Thank you for your assistance.
